Completed by KILICON in 2025, Remvi Residences is a collection of eight apartments above the Aegean at Ouranoupoli, on the same stretch of coast where Akra Residences is now being built. Sea views from the living and master bedroom, traditional Mediterranean architecture, and the considered specification that defines every KILICON delivery: from premium kitchens and bathrooms through to solar power and quality fittings throughout.
Set on the third leg of Halkidiki, Ouranoupoli is a tranquil seaside town known for its clear waters, sandy beaches and views toward the Mount Athos peninsula. Remvi sits minutes from the waterfront, directly adjacent to the site where Akra Residences is now being built.
Remvi is fully sold out. Our current project, Akra Residences, is being built right next door: eight new contemporary residences above the Aegean at Ouranoupoli. Completion June 2028.
