Completed in 1988, Makrirrachis Residences was one of KILICON's first developments: thirty-two apartments of 105 to 122 m² in Thessaloniki, set across four four-storey blocks of eight apartments each.
Built for modern city living, to the same standard as every KILICON home, with full-width balconies, mature surroundings and a careful finish throughout.
