Completed in 2003, Drenia Residences was one of KILICON's first developments in Halkidiki: a collection of twelve stone-clad villas set in private gardens, steps from a quiet stretch of the Halkidiki coast. More than two decades on, the homes still anchor the bay. Traditional Mediterranean architecture, mature plantings, and a setting that has only grown into itself.
Set on the third leg of Halkidiki, Ouranoupoli is a tranquil seaside town known for its clear waters, sandy beaches and views toward the Mount Athos peninsula. Drenia sits on a quiet stretch of the coast, with Thessaloniki airport around two hours away.
Drenia is fully sold out. Our current project, Akra Residences, offers eight new contemporary residences above the Aegean at Ouranoupoli. Completion June 2028.
